Cutters made of steel grade ST10 and equipped with carbide knives
alloy VK8 at the cutting edge. Carbide inserts (knives) are attached to the body
cutters using a brass solder soldering in a high frequency furnace.
Knives are sharpened on the inner surface and the backing on the outside, that
ensures high speed and cleanliness. The thickness of the applied
knives allows you to sharpen them on the inner surface up to 4 times, respectively,
increases the service life of the blades. Sharpening of the blades is a special diamond
tool (circle).
