Designed for uniform enveloping dry bulk products oil and spices. The composition has a 2 component weight feeder (OPP-D/SD-NOTIS)
Working principle:
The product to be enveloping, served weighing feeder primary product on a long feeder, where the alignment portions dispensing product and feed it into the mixing drum. Falling product goes torch vegetable oil from the oil dispenser. At the same time from bins additives separate dispensers on the second tier of long feeder serves a loose enveloping supplements that also come in a mixing drum, but at 300 mm on the fall of the main product that allows dry additives to get on the surface of the base product already coated evenly with oil. As it moves on the inclined mixing drum mixing of the finished product through the outlet cap is served in the receiving device (conveyor, tank, etc).
