Purpose: packing in 3 suture packages from a roll polypropylene film malepussy products.
Packaged products: engineering melodyssey food and materials for technical use, depending on the type of dispenser.
Packaging materials: BOPP film, laminates, paper laminated, multilayer films. Thickness from 20 to 60 μm
Working principle: the Dispenser ensures the formation of the desired dose of product. When the operator presses the lever, a measured dose of product through the tube is filled in the package formed from the film roll. At the same time, this package is sealed, cut and formed the next batch. Next, the operator releases the pedal/lever and hands manually the tape to the desired length.
Operator:
The operator loads or controls the loading of product into the upper hopper sets the roll of packaging film and configures the formation and sealing of the package. In each cycle - stretches the tape to the desired length of the package and presses the pedal/lever. Fold the finished pack, packing bag or box.
