Purpose: the Machine is designed for packing a single product or a small set of 3 suture packages "flowpack" from the film roll. This machine is equipped with automatic acetotartrate with pneumatic actuator. Zapashny the continuous heating with microprocessor temperature control.

Working principle: the Film is unwound from the roll, passes through the shaft tensioner, through the control zone photo tags, through the zone of the date below thermal transfer printer (option). Operator: the Operator puts in the hopper products and then push the pedal or button loop. Further actions are performed automatically for 2 - 4 seconds. After that, the operator loads the next product. In the case of the unit determine product availability with automatic reset, operator actions will be working on loading products - other functions are automated. The control equipment is made of the configuration panel, electronic control unit, located on the right side of the equipment.
