Purpose: the Dispenser weight with screw feed, is designed for packing dust products such as flour, sugar, milk powder, cocoa powder and other similar products, in packages. Dispenser in semi-automatic mode provides the filling and dispensing of the product, transporting it from the hopper. The agitator provides a uniform flow of product to the auger. To maintain the accuracy of the dosing hopper should be filled 1/3 height (not less) and must be supported by a stable voltage.
Operator: the Operator manually opens the package, and installs on the platform under the output funnel auger. Start dispensing occurs after clicking on the pedal or the start button. After the end of the dosing takes the packet and passes it to the zone, sewing/sealing.
The product is poured into the hopper, the Hopper has a protective grid, which provides missing the screw large foreign objects and the protection of the operator, as equipped with a sensor opening - turns off the auger and agitator when the door is opened. On top of the hopper is covered by a hinged lid.
