This hardness tester uses a multistage test loads and different types of indenter to measure and determine the hardness of the metallic material of the test sample for Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers. The instrument is suitable to determine the hardness of ferrous metals (steel, cast iron, mild steel and hardened steel) and nonferrous metals (aluminum and copper). It is also suitable to determine the hardness of hard metals, carburized and chemically treated layers. The microscope is fixed on the body of the instrument. Durometer provides high sensitivity and accuracy of the system load, high precision of the measured values.
Hardness is one of the most simple in operation, but at the same time universal and multifunctional devices in its class. The ability to measure the hardness of various scales can solve almost any task measuring the hardness in a wide range - from very soft materials to some of the most solid.
Included in the delivery Durometer adjustable table allows measurements of the diameters of prints without removing the sample from the hardness tester. The device is equipped with a special mount for the microscope, which greatly increases the convenience in working with the hardness tester.
The device is equipped with electric drive - the main application of the test load is fully automated.
