Multiblade knife-adhesion devices designed to determine the adhesion method cuts (parallel or lattice) when the thickness of the coating to 200 microns. Multiblade knife-adhesion devices may be used not only flat, but also on curved surfaces.
Application:
To assess the adhesion necessary, with the help of adhesion devices, to penetrate the coating to the substrate. If necessary, turn the knife 90 degrees and repeat the operation, the coating formed from the bars or strips of the same step. The cut must be clean with a soft brush or Scotch tape. The adhesion is evaluated visually on a scoring system.
