Material number according to DIN:1.4054,1.4301.
Steel s,42CrMo4 is subjected to heat treatment and
induction hardened(surface hardness 56-60HRC).
depth of hardening:
16-30mm=1.5±0.5;
32-60mm=1.7±0.5 mm;
65-120mm=2.0±0.5 mm
The tolerance on the outer surface:18mm-f7;17MM-f8.
Treatment:polishing or electrochemical plating.
The thickness of the chrome-plated ball,diameter:
20mm-15µm±2um;
20mm-25ám±5µm.
Surface roughness:Ra max-2um.
The dimensions of the rods 4-100mm.
