We offer you the technology and equipment for the fabrication and application of two-component polyurethane foam insulation, which has the lowest thermal conductivity.
To obtain a polyurethane foam by spraying apply the installation for spraying and pouring polyurethane foam. They belong to the low-pressure units, processing two-component polyurethane system of cold hardening.
The principle of these facilities is based on the dosage in a specific ratio of components A and B from the holding tanks by flexible hoses to the spray gun, where the components are mixed, and the resulting mixture is sprayed with compressed air insulated surface.
The set includes the spray gun and hoses components and compressed air (optional, can be complemented with additional options). Serve the installation of two people. The power consumption of 1.1-2.2 KW/h.
The mixture is applied on the insulated surface in liquid form. Immediately after application (within 3-6 seconds) the foaming and hardening component. Thus, the technology makes it possible to obtain a seamless teplogeneratory layer. This property does not belong to any of the traditional sheet of insulating materials.
