Semi-automatic filling in bag-in-box model BB12, is the optimal solution for small businesses with medium production volumes of packs bag-in-box per year. This machine is an ideal alternative to more expensive machines for filling into packages a run in Boxing, as it combines virtually all the same functions that a complete system of filling the "bags in box". And allows filling of oil, wine, and juices in aseptic packages.
Table filling in the packages bag-in-box, equipped with electro-magnetic flow sensor (flow meter), where the operator can set any amount for filling the container (minimum 1 liter).
The operator must choose the number to fill and the machine will perform the complete cycle:
The opening of the electromagnetic valve
The inclusion of the pump. (Pump is not included, it is recommended to use the pump impeller). But the machine has automatic and the outlet of the pump, i.e. connecting any other pump through the outlet, the control system will cut off the supply of electric Islands on the pump thereby shuts down the product flow.

Also the car has a manual injection of nitrogen (an inert gas displacing the oxygen) after filling of the package running in the box.
The support surface (a table) can be removed, to allow filling of the other type of containers such as plastic containers, metal cans or PET bottles.
