At our enterprise there is a practice in acceptance of the crankshaft from postavshhikov required to check dimensions, presence of a heartbeat and absence of cracks. In case of doubt the inspector regarding further eligibility, and guaranteed operation, the shaft is not taken to the warehouse of the enterprise. The store is crankshafts both new and to repair it (at a cost greatly inferior to the nominal size).
