Conveyor rollers consist of a housing, spindle and bearings. The cases are made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic. As coating of steel enclosures can be used: zinc, rubber, PVC (on request - antistatic performance). The spindles are made of steel, available on request zinc plated, and stainless steel. Supply the following options for the ends of spindles: M, AGM, IGM, glatt, SW, FA. The rollers are assembled with various types of radial ball bearings. Diameter of rollers: 16-133 mm; roll Length: on request. Area of application: gravity conveyors for moving loads in small masses at short distances. Features: - easy starting and continuous rotation of the roller - labyrinth seal protects the bearing from dirt and water drops - light weight Permissible load: up to 4000N. The body of the roller: - pipe PVC grey RAL 7045, pipe of galvanized steel, - stainless steel tube, aluminium pipe outer diameter of the roller 16, 20, 30, 40, 50mm. Spindle: - material steel / stainless steel - spring loaded spindle with a diameter of 5, 6, 8, 10, 12mm, hex 11 - spindle with external thread M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 - spindle with internal thread M8*15mm 12mm diameter - a spindle with other types of mounting on request Bearings: - body made of polypropylene with metal balls - balls material steel / stainless steel roller Length EL: - up to 1200mm.
