Separators GCMS are used for continuous cleaning of warm milk from impurities and milk slime with partial pulsating centrifugal discharge of sediment. Used on medium and large enterprises of the dairy industry. Can work as part of the pasteurization-cooling units.
Separators can be applied for clarification of similar products in other industries.
Mud space is cleaned periodically during operation. Depending on the degree of contamination of the milk the time between unloading varies between 40...85 min, and the duration of discharge 0,3...0,7 S.
The initial product of the milk through characterzation is fed into the drum and fills mesterolone space. Under the action of centrifugal force and mechanical impurities, and slime, as heavier, move to the periphery and are deposited in a mud space. Purified milk outer channels characteriatics rises up and through the holes in the lid of the drum flows into the pressure chamber from which pressurized output disk via closed pipelines in industrial communications specifications A1-OTSM-5:
