Sell graphite crucible
Offer type: salePublished: 23.03.2016
Graphite crucible is enriched with crystalline graphite obtained by the beneficiation of graphite-bearing ores, or mixtures of graphite-bearing and graphite-bearing ores, metallurgical wastes, for the manufacture of refractory and raffica-ceramic ware; crucibles, nozzles,
tubes, cups, buckets, boxes, retorts and other products. The use of crucible graphite increases the conductivity of the products thereby increasing their resistance to increases in temperature and speed of heating. Being practically infusible and chemically inert to many materials, graphite products reported a particularly high inertia, considerably improving their quality, gives the crucibles smooth surface to which bad stick of melted metal.
Quality indicators:
Carbon not less than 94%
Ash content not more than 5 %
The content of volatile matter not more than 1.3%
Humidity is not more than 1.0%
Residue on sieve № 0.15 mm not less than 80%.
Used for the manufacture of refractory products: melting crucibles, cups, plugs for buckets, caps, couplings, nozzles, retorts, etc.
