Carmen
Form vigorous, forms stems up to 200 cm long. The vine ripens early, the entire length of growth. The flowers are hermaphrodite, pollinated well. Flowering occurs in early June. Bunches very large, conical or cylindrical-conical shape, medium density weight 600-800 g (2 kg). Goroshine not observed. The berry is very large (10-12 g), oval-ovate. As they Mature, the berries become reddish-purple in color, which after full maturity becomes dark purple. The flesh is crunchy, with high taste qualities. The skin is not felt when eating. The sugar content of the pulp from 18 to 22 %, the acidity of 6-8 g/l.
Grapes Carmen is prone to overload the harvest, therefore, requires regulation. Recommended load 33-35 ocelli. Fruiting vines should be cut 6-8 holes.
This form exhibits a high resistance to fungal diseases and increased frost resistance. Buds can withstand temperatures down to -30 °C. Excellent product and taste, along with the vulnerable period of maturation is a significant advantage of this form over other varieties for growing on the plot.
