Gear pumps of the type G11-22...25 is designed to discharge at a nominal pressure of 2.5
MPa constant in magnitude and direction of flow of mineral oil with
a kinematic viscosity of from 17 to 400 mm2/s at oil temperature
10...55oñ in the lubrication systems of machine tools and other stationary machines.
Allowed
to use pumps in hydraulic systems.
The oil system must be equipped with filters with a nominal fineness
filtration 40 µm, mounted on a pressure or return
highway.
The purity of the working fluid at least 13 class according to GOST
17216-71. The direction of rotation of the drive shaft of the pump is right. At
special order pumps can be made with the left direction
the rotation of the shaft. The drive of pumps must only be carried out through the elastic
clutch.
