Linear volumetric filler bottling, specially designed for effective work with lots of different formats of containers and various types of food products. Used to fill liquid products with viscosity of 1 to 8 Na/m2 .The machine is capable of razlivali giddie products such as juice, water and a viscous tomato paste, condensed milk.
The product filling is carried out of the dispensing nozzles, in which the product is fed using volumetric dosing. Piston dosing provides the minimum error in the dosing, allows you to work with products of high viscosity, allows a wide adjustment range of volume doses and rapid changeover.
The driving element is a hydraulic unit that allows in turn to ensure the smooth operation piston system, accuracy of dosing by neglecting the viscosity of the product, but not more than 10 NS/m2.
