Oven Krapivin A9-HPC is designed for roasting and passage of vegetables, preserves, jams, jellies, drying flour with fillings in the manufacture of the first and second dining dishes of canned food.
A characteristic feature of the steam plate is a uniform heating the entire surface, provided by design of the heating poloclub welded parallel to the bottom of the bath mounted on the struts and bearings.
Steam is supplied into the heating chamber through the steam valve. Since the plate is adapted not only for roasting vegetables, and for cooking jam (when, after boiling the mass must be rapidly cooling), there is a valve that serves to supply water. Both valves equipped with check valves.
Plate design allows you to grill the vegetables in a thin layer in a small amount of vegetable or animal fat.
