Transformers for heating concrete and soil.
Offer type: salePublished: 10.03.2019
Complete transformer substation KTP-63-(380/49-121) and ktpto-80 (380/55-95) outdoor installation, designed for electrical warming up and other ways of electrothermometry of the concrete and the frozen soil with automatic temperature controls, as well as to supply temporary lighting and manual three-phase power into a voltage of 42 V in the conditions of building sites.
The substation is equipped with a three-phase transformer TMOB-63 or TMTO-80 with natural oil cooling. CTU has a lock to ensure the safety of staff.
One of the most economical (from the point of view of energy cost) ways of electrothermometry concrete is a method of electrical warming up or heating of the electrode, i.e., the introduction of concrete into the circuit as a kind of conductor. In this case the electrical energy is converted into heat directly in the concrete, which minimizes losses.
