The use of extruded soybeans as the only protein component in the diet of pigs, a positive effect on growth rate, feed conversion, meat quality and chemical composition.
Indicators of the effectiveness of full-fat extruded soybean is caused by :
- high content of unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid — 50,0-55,0 %, linolenic — 6,0 -10,0% and arachidonic – 0,2 – 0,5 %);
- high digestibility oil, in particular fatty acids needed to relieve heat stress;
- high absorption of protein,more than 90% explainable by the fact that soybean proteins (A-glycinin and glycinin) belong to the plant casein and have on the metabolic processes in the body are almost the same effect as casein – a major component of cow's milk;
- high true digestibility of amino acids protein soy, which is 4.7 – 6.5% of superior food of animal origin;
- the large amount of tocopherol, giving the contained oil stability during storage;
- the large amount of lecithin (3.5% and which is equal to its content in the egg) is important for fat metabolism;
- excellent taste.
