The optimum ratio of length, width and height of the product ensures the stability of the car, both at full and at partial filling. Tube-spacer performs the function of the breakwater prevents the propagation of vibrations in the tank, providing protection from water hammer. It also significantly increases vertical stiffness of the tank. Thanks to the tube-the strut there is a smooth and uniform process of filling containers with fluid, reducing the risk of plastic deformation of the polyethylene when exposed to high temperatures (especially when the fluid temperature more than 50°C). When installed on a truck body it is necessary to consolidate the capacity of the belts and to provide stops that prevent displacement of the container during movement.
