This kit is designed to create comfortable climatic conditions in the cab of the tractor The Minsk tractor plant Belarus 80 -, 800-and 900-series with the engine MMZ D-242(and its modifications).

Roof capacitor is designed to meet all design features of the equipment of MTZ tractors, which significantly simplifies its installation. The condenser unit consists of:

capacitor aluminum;
- the filter drier receiver is horizontal;
- pressure sensor;
- fan
- wiring, relays.
The operating voltage of the blower capacitor 12V.

The supply voltage of the electromagnetic clutch 12V;
Power consumption of the electromagnetic clutch – 45W;
Drive pulley – 132mm. A2; Type of belt pinch.

The compressor is installed on the chassis of the tractor engine in the direction of movement of the tractor and is driven with the help of wedge belt. Bracket compressor specifically designed for the engine MMZ D-242 (and its modifications).

Evaporative-heating unit
With a decorative panel, 12V fan, thermostat, thermostatic expansion valve, switch fan speeds (3 speed) input 5/8-18 UNF (O-ring) 7/8-14 UNF(O-ring); dimensions (WxDxH) - mm 393х317х140;
The cooling capacity is 5 kW; air capacity - 500 cubic meters/hour; input El. power - 150 watts; Voltage - 12V.

Evaporative-heating unit is installed under the ceiling panel instead of the heater. The a / C controls are submitted to a ceiling panel.

Capacitor:
The condenser unit is installed on the roof of the tractor, which eliminates engine overheating and greatly facilitates the installation of air conditioning on the tractor.
With the pressure sensor and the filter-receiver Assembly:
Incl. compressor - 2 kg/cm2; Off. compressor - 32 kg/cm2;
Kit halon harness (4 hose);
The wiring kit for aftermarket installation;
Bracket of fastening of the compressor pulley (two stream).

In the conditioning set includes all consumables required for installation.
