Kostya, please tell us why you love your job?

First and foremost, the fact that it is creative work. Right here I select, create interior design and eventually sell cool furniture with all the associated decorative items. Very it is important to be able to combine different collections – dresser from the same collection the chairs of the other – as a result the interior turns out like the picture on the photo. That is, can immediately sell the kitchen and dining room, a bed and a nightstand different collections, but it will be so in harmony, that the eye is happy and things get fun.

You open up a different gallery in Odessa, are currently your stores are represented in three regions where starts the opening of a new salon?

First, our designers create a picture of the drawing the layout of the room and measurements of all furniture items. It turns out a rough draft, and then of course we always something swap, look how alive it is better matched with each other. We always mix collection, this is our highlight this mix makes the interior more interesting and people is impressive. Our visitors and buyers often tell us that we are so cozy and comfortable that you do not want to leave. I give the opportunity to its employees to show creativity to arrange furniture and match it to the decor in the salon. Then the skill they apply when a specific customer order at request.

Please tell us briefly about each of the brands Аlba SIA and Ashley.

Ashley is a popular American brand, now registered about 3,000 of the furniture factories that produce collections furniture, lighting, rugs, and various decor. For once it was clear – it is the analogue of the Swedish IKEA, but better quality materials and interesting design of Cabinet and upholstered furniture. Having a lot of experience with Ukrainian and consumer understanding global trends, we order products for their galleries so that people could live to see it, to sit, lie down and touch. Basically, I buy what is presented in our stores, much less from catalogs. The lead time for directory 2 to 4 months.

Under the brand Аlba SIA are the products from USA, Spain England and the Netherlands. Here the accent is on exclusivity, it shows in the design and use of expensive materials in the collections. For example, very much like our customers, a table, countertop which is decorated with sea shells or weathered wood, the decor can be used Nickel silver and other expensive materials. Main collection – Caracole (USA), Novaz Furniture (USA), Universal (USA), Uttermost (USA), Bernhard (USA), Contradictions (Spain), Limitless (Netherlands), Timothy Oulton (UK). Now most of the production moved to China, the Philippines and Vietnam, and the quality is fully controlled and maintained at the same level as before.

Kostya, please, tell us more about the mattresses that you I offer beds and sofas.

We are official representatives of leading Turkish manufacturing company of orthopedic mattresses Yatsan. Their products are used at top hotels around the world. People first, I don't understand why the cost of such a mattress can exceed the cost of the bed. We tell them that these mattresses sewn by hand unlike the standard fused variants other firms who spring unit is also placed by hand, not machine. And, very importantly, used nylon thread for stitching springs instead of wire, making the bed does not creak. Not all buyers need those details, but we own all this information detail and can show and tell. Now we see a good trend in people understanding that the health and deep sleep is associated with the quality of their life and what is not worth saving, so not exactly on the mattress. Yet for all our work on the Ukrainian market we have not received a single negative experience in product Yatsan, what inspires us to sell mattresses from this manufacturer continue with pleasure.

And what plans do you have for the future?

I believe that it will be bright and joyful. We would like to become leaders in the sale of furniture in their region. In Odessa, we officially presented two years before our product was presented at dealers, and we are already over the half year we see a very good growth in sales. If to speak about Odessa, the first store Alba Chiara and Ashley we opened in the shopping center Margot. Then we opened Ashley and Alba Chiara superstore furniture "Sixth element" and a gallery Alba Chiara in the Mall Megadom.

I really love my work, I live it. Of course, there are days when I terribly tired, but still it is work I am very making our. I never waiting for Friday night to not think about his work. I will bring a fragment of the interior until the very end so that was exactly what I would like to see. So I pick and your staff. For me it is important that my employees were my associates, and even experience does not play a decisive role. We always try to nullify the negative aspects arising from the client's side. After all, most of our clients come on the recommendations and they may make a purchase again and often happening. We even have such service as "fitting", we can to bring the whole set of furniture with the decor of the home buyer to take something with a reserve, he had a choice. If something not suitable – we returned to the store and returned the money client.
