TM MACROTECH offers from a warehouse in Kharkov: Press screw forpress model series MPF is designed for pre-pressing the oil from the pulp or raw oilseeds (past vegetalbe processing) in the circuits of single and double pressing, by cold or hot pressing.
The design of the screw press consists of frame, reducer feeder, screw shaft, curb cylinder, cone mechanism and the tray that collects pressed oil.
Oil-based raw material that has passed preliminary processing, is fed into the hopper is captured by the screw and supplied to curb the drum consisting of separate curb cameras. By rotating the screw shaft moves the raw material through the camera of the curb of the drum. Due to reduction in free volume of the screw shaft turns in the direction of the output materials, and also reduce the diameter of the chambers and gaps of the curb of the drum, there is an increase in the pressure of compressed raw materials. Squeeze the oil passes into the gaps between seerumi and collected in the pan.
