TM MACROTECH offers from a warehouse in Kharkov. Roaster oil model number GM designed for vegetableoil processing of rosanky and Matki oilseeds.
When vegetableoil processing the change of physical and mechanical properties of Matki, reduction of the surface forces holding the oil in made with mandatory observance of the conditions providing preservation of the natural qualities of the oil, then squeeze on the presses. Processed in the roaster Matka turns into a pulp.
First, Matka hydrated up to 8 – 9 % with simultaneous heating, and then it is air-conditioned for moisture, and is transmitted to the pressing at temperatures up to 115° C at the output.
The oil pan is made of a welded cylindrical structure comprising a set of heating sections (vats). As the coolant is a thermal oil. In the Central part of the shaft is mounted thereon the blades of the stirrers.
The braziers are made of 3 – 8 Channa, vats diameter of 1200 and 2000 mm, depending on the required performance.
