TM MACROTECH offers from a warehouse in Kharkov: MF used for the separation of vegetable oils containing solid phase, which is a mechanical particle cake. The presence in vegetable oil of mechanical impurities insoluble degrades its quality.
The principle of cleaning oil from mechanical impurities on Makefile consists in filtering the oil through a porous layer of filter fabric ("belting").
Oil filter consists of a set of plates and frames. The surface of the perforated plate. On the frame put the wipes out of the cloth.
The plates have holes, forming a through channel, in which I store the filtered oil. The oil passes through the plate and put on the frame of the filter cloth. Mechanical impurities remain on the surface of the filter cloth. The oil passes through the cloth and through the outlet of the frame is given a special oil reservoir with filtered oil.
Plate and frame, with wearing them on the filter cloths, pressed against each other with a hand screw clamp.
Plate and frames are placed on the frame, frame type, which performs the function of a bearing part of Makefile.
Vegetable oil is fed to filter pump unit, located at the base of Makefile.
