The high-pressure compressor EKPA-2/150
designed to inject air into the cylinders and automatically maintain them in pressure within 150 kgf/cm2 or 200 kgf/cm2.
Apply:
· to start diesel-electric units;
· for refilling SCBA cylinders.
The installation consists of a compressor and motor. The compressor is three-stage. Lubrication is circulated under pressure from the gear pump. Cooling - seawater pump of the vortex type. Manage the installation - automatically. Systems are manufactured in marine tropical version. At the customer's request can be manufactured in marine export marine or tropical designs.
The automatic control system and protection provides:
automatic start - up installation when the system pressure be less than 80 kgf/cm2;
- automatic stop when the system pressure of 150 or 200 kgf/cm2;
- emergency stop low oil pressure in the lubrication system of 0.5 kgf/cm2;
- an emergency stop when the temperature of the air after the refrigerator I cycle up to 60°C;
- the emergency alarm on the shield of the automatic control of each emergency stop.
