High pressure compressor series, BT1,5-0,3/150
Designed to inject air into the cylinders and
maintain them in pressure from 80 to 150 kgf/cm2.
Apply:
· to start diesel-electric units;
· to provide industrial facilities with compressed air;
· as part of the oil drilling rigs.
The compressor is driven by a motor through flexible coupling. The compressor piston, three-stage. Lubrication is circulated under pressure from the gear pump. Cooling liquid in a closed circuit.
The automatic control system and protection provides:
· start by lowering the system pressure up to 80 kgf/cm2;
· stop when you reach a system pressure of 150 kgf/cm2;
· emergency stop in case of:
- the temperature of the air;
- increase the air pressure in the system to 170 kgf/cm2;
- lowering the air pressure in the system to 60 kgf/cm2;
- the oil pressure drop below the permissible value.
