The purpose and design of horizontal pumps:
Horizontal pump bilateral input type 2D, 1D and D have very high efficiency and excellent suction capability.
Horizontal pumps are pumps 2D, 1D and D - horizontal, centrifugal, single-stage with double-sided polyproline supply the fluid to the impeller and the casing spiral.
Horizontal pumps are pumps that have the connector in a horizontal position. Pressure and suction nozzles are located in the lower part of the body, this allows disassembly of pump to replace parts of the rotor without removing the entire pipeline and disassembly of the engine. The pump rotor rotates the motor through an elastic coupling-finger clutch. Horizontal pumps are pumps, where the supports of the rotor is a radial or angular contact bearing. The impeller double-entry that allows mainly to balance the axial forces. The device is horizontal pump , to prevent leakage along the shaft use a double lip seal.
Pumped liquid horizontal pumps:
Pumped water and similar liquid chemical activity, as well as temperatures up to 85°C and a viscosity up to St. Pets when pumping solids content of inclusions is not more than 0.05% by weight, up to 0.2 mm and a hardness not more than 6,5 GPa (650 kgs/mm2).
