Ventilation dust collecting unit ZIL-900M is designed to trap dust which is sucked off from the shelter abrasive wheels grinding, grinding and grinding machines. The unit performs a two-step purification of sucked air. The first cleaning stage is dry cyclone; the second stage - 12-bag filter. The unit is operated in the recirculation circuit. The cleaned air enters served in the room. The unit consists of the following main assemblies: housing in which are located the cyclone and twelve filtering bags; fan motor; bin with scoop to remove the dust. Bag filter unit periodically cleaned from dust by means of a manual shaker mechanism. For removal of dust-Laden air out of the shelter should be used round metal ducts or flexible metal hose. Ducts are installed on the shortest path, preferably without bends.
