VIBRO-THERMO STANDS AND THERMOELECTRICITY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE.

3) Pornofotky vibro-thermo stand/termoelektrarna for the production of hollow core floor slabs with Autonomous hole-forming cores. Punches pulled on dry concrete. Size up to 9 meters. Up to 12 meters - special order. Adjust the length of the manufactured plates;

Each vibro-thermo stand includes:
-own system vibration compaction of concrete (not in termoelektrarna);
-built-in steaming (patented design);
-design pre-tensioning reinforcement and reinforcing ropes series K7, diameter 9 and 12mm ( 2 options additional reinforcement - per GOST or TU Your choice. It is used as a classic - electrothermal method prenotazione or hydraulic);
- a set of Autonomous hole-forming cores (patented design). Punches pulled on dry concrete. (regarding the production of hollow core floor slabs);
-the Registrar.
Steaming takes from 6 to 10 hours, depending on ambient temperature.
