The steel square is fruity metal, which is produced in the form of rods with a square cross section. Square steel made from different types of steel - it can be carbon steel of ordinary quality or low alloy steel (rods square in length from 2 to 12 meters), alloy or high-quality carbon steel (rods ranging in length from 2 to 6 meters) and high-alloy steel (square rods in length from 1.5 to 6 meters). The range of high-quality metal square profile should be smooth and straight, and its curvature should not exceed 0.2% of the entire length of the rod. By the way, there is a division of square steel and length. It can be non-standard, multiple gauge or gauge length. This kind of metal must fully comply with GOST 2591 88.
