 Familiarizes you with device technical data and principle of operation of the meter high voltage RD-250 to the extent necessary to operate and maintain it in permanent readiness for operation.

                                                    Product purpose

The high voltage meter AC / DC RD-250 ( further - meter) is designed to measure AC sinusoidal voltage frequency of 50 Hz from 20 to 230 kV and DC voltage from 20 to 230 kV.
 RD-250 provides a measurement with high accuracy:

· the effective value of alternating voltage frequency of 50 Hz;

· average permanent voltage.

RD-250 can be used in test high voltage laboratories of electrical engineering and energy profile, as well as research institutions.

The performance of the products complies with GOST 17512-82, climatic category UHL 4.2 according to GOST 15150-69 and group 2 devices according to GOST 22261-82.

 

Conditions use of the product

 

RD-250 designed for operation in the following conditions:

· indoors or under a shed in the absence of shaking, vibration, fumes corrosive liquids;

· ambient temperature, °C - from 10 to 35 °C;

· relative humidity the ambient air, % - up to 80;

· atmospheric pressure, kPa (mm RT. Art.) - 84 - 106,7 (630-800);

· the coefficient of nonsinusoidal the measured AC voltage should be no more than 8%;

· ripple measured the DC voltage should not be
 more than 1%;

· the distance from high voltage unit RD-250 - BV to conductive objects that are grounded or are under the capacity - not less than 2 m;
