Blancher for fruits and vegetables
The device is designed for heating a variety of whole and chopped fruits and to inactivate enzymes and soften the pulp.
The heater provides heating stone and pome fruits up to 90-95oC at maximum speed processing of fruit in the heater.
The apparatus consists of a horizontal cylinder with a heating jacket,
divided lengthwise into two independent sections, and the mixing shaft with blades. Heating of the product through the steam jacket and by supplying steam into the product around the perimeter of the cylinder at the beginning of the first and second sections.
the drive is provided from the motor through the gearbox and chain drive. Speed is infinitely variable variator.
The apparatus is mounted on metal posts.
The heater is made of stainless steel. Rack made of carbon steel.
