The complex includes:
the storage hopper with screw feed fuel; heat source; the heat exchanger (boiler); the automatic control.
The heat source is a grate furnace made outside of the boiler, which allows the most efficient burning of fuel increased humidity - up to 50 %.
The efficiency of thermal energy production is achieved through the use of a heat generator in which a solid fuel is converted into flammable gases, dying in the heat exchanger. When this is achieved the minimum ash content and maximum efficiency.
