For drying vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms, nuts use stainless steel mesh, to ensure sufficient air movement for proper ventilation, otherwise the raw material may deteriorate.
Mesh made of stainless steel 12X18H10T which is used when the robot is in aggressive environments at temperatures from -196 to +600 °C. Stainless steel is non-toxic and does not corrode, so it is easy to use in contact with food products.
