Dielectric gloves are used to protect personnel against electric shocks. They are used as an additional means of protection in electrical installations above 1000 V, and the electrical voltage up to 1000 V as the main means of protection.
During operation (at least once in 6 months) should be electrically tested gloves with AC 50 Hz equal to 6.0 kV for 1 min, while the current flowing through the product must not exceed 6 mA.
In the tester VPP NWAM has a certified installation testing of protective equipment, which allows to test the dielectric gloves in Volgograd, Volzhsky, Russia, obtaining an official document (Protocol) with the test results.
