Complete transformer substations in insulated casing, a block (KTUB) are one - or two-transformer substation for outdoor installation. CTUB serve for the reception of electric energy of three-phase AC 50Hz voltage of 6 or 10 kV, its transit (substation through-type), convert it into electricity voltage of 0.4 kV and supply it to consumers in temperate and cold climates (from -60 °C to + 40 °C).
CTUB designed to supply and consumer protection cities, industrial facilities and separate settlements.
High-voltage start-substation 6 (10) kV - cable, conclusions outgoing lines 0.4 kV cable.
On the outgoing feeders are installed circuit breakers stationary performance.
Design CTUB provides its installation on a Foundation or on concrete blocks (not supplied).
Substation provide metering of active and reactive electric energy. On customer's request, installation of counters any modification (e-induction, multi-rate, and so on).
To create normal conditions CTUB the scheme provides interior lighting and heating equipment. The inclusion of the electric heaters can be done manually or automatically.
In KTUB has a feeder street lighting, which is equipped with manual and automatic switching on and off.
Scheme CTUB provides control current inputs and voltage phases at the 0.4 kV side.
In KTUB provides for the following types of protection:
from phase-to-phase short circuits;
overload power transformers;
overload and short circuit lines 0.4 kV;
from a short circuit, heating circuits, lighting circuits CTUB;
gas shielded transformer.
CTUB have electrical and mechanical interlocks to ensure safe operation of the maintenance staff.
