Scope :
Lbs-1 :
- for bonding, impregnating paper or cotton cloth in the manufacture of laminated plastics and varnished clothes ;
as coatings for chemical and corrosion protection of metal parts, in particular for the protection of heat exchangers and other equipment from the effects of technical hot water, weak and medium acid and salts for colouring oil and gas tanks ;
for insulating impregnating the windings of the coils of the motor;
- in the production of the pressing mass of profitableto ;
- in the manufacture of abrasive tools, and for other purposes.
Lbs-9 :
- used for impregnation of cotton, asbestos and glass fabrics ;
-in the production of textolite and various products on the basis of impregnated fabrics, and for other purposes.
Lbs-20 :
- for the manufacture of various filled and reinforced plastics ;
- in the production of press materials , including press materials AG-4C and vers.
Lbs-29 :
- used for impregnation of cotton fabrics in the manufacture of laminated plastics, in particular of the PCB. Plastics on the basis of LBC-29 have high strength, temperature resistance, resistance to solvents, weak alkalis and acids.
Recommendations for use:
When delivery to the consumer bakelite varnish with a high temperature it must be cooled to a temperature not more than +20°C, and when in a frozen state should be warm in a warm room at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. Forced heating is not allowed.
Warranty period of storage :
3 months. for lbs-1
4 months. for lbs-9
1 month. for lbs to 20 lbs-29 .
Keep it in a tightly closed container. Excludes direct sunlight and precipitation. Shelf life can be increased by reducing the temperature of storage and transportation.
