Gearboxes 2H-40, 2H-63, 2H 80 are universal single-stage worm gear reducers with center distance 40, 63 and 80 mm, respectively. This equipment is intended for operation with a constant or variable load, as reversible and unidirectional. Pets periodic or continuous operation up to 24 h/day.
Design features of aggregates 2H-40, 2H-63 and 2H-80 allow to obtain at the output shaft of the indicators of torque 27-260 H*m, the values of the gear ratio range from 8 to 80. Devices are characterized by high reliability and durability, are used to build gear motors MC-40, MC-63, MC-80. load constant and variable, one direction and reversible work with periodic stops and lasting up to 24 hours per day; the rotation of the shaft in either direction; the speed of the input shaft is not more than 1800 rpm; the atmosphere of the type I and II with dusty air is not more than 10 mg/m3 ; climatic performance,T for category 1-3 and climatic design UHL and for category 4 2H-80 2H-63 2H-80 2H-100 2H-160
