PADUK (PADOUK)
Paduk is a durable solid
wood with a full range of colors from pale yellow to deep red
color. Fiber is often direct, but sometimes intertwined, with curls, and so
by the way, form an interesting pattern. Weak cedar smell is captured by
working with wood. The wood is extremely durable. Average life
wood in contact with soil - 25 years. However, it is subject to attacks of beetles
pests. Paduk is very resistant to mechanical stress (pressure) and external
the impacts. Dries easily, but requires a slow drying.
