Graphite electrodes
Offer type: salePublished: 28.02.2015
Tubes of graphite grades of MG, MG-1, HMP, BCPs, SOPH widely used
in various industries as anti-corrosion and
heat-resistant. They are recommended for use as a heater in
a resistance furnace operating in a vacuum or protective atmosphere, for
sintering of hard alloys, melting of quartz, and in the manufacture of
semiconductor and other materials.
The mechanical simplicity
processing enables to produce pipes with diameter up to 500 mm and
length up to 1500 mm Pipes can be made of composite of two to four
parts and glued with a special glue. The specific resistivity of the pipe
graphite is 10-25 Omhm/m Electrical resistance
pipes when the temperature is raised to 700°C gradually decreases, and when
the further rise of temperature increases.
Graphite tubes
produce three types: heating with cones and boat
sintering of hard alloys in furnaces of tammana, compound with thread and
integral with the sleeve length 400-1500 mm of each part.
Screens made from graphite grades of MG, MG-1 and HMP two types: cylindrical and shaped.
