In
design of bimetallic AAAA/500 radiator
there are two material steel and aluminum. The highest strength fully
steel manifold, can withstand a pressure of 30 atmospheres, without
any consequences. Aluminum is not in contact with the coolant, so
the radiator can work on the water of any quality, there are no additional
requirements or to re-factor, nor to the degree of contamination.
The design of bimetallic radiator AAAA/500:
Steel tube in bimetallic radiator AAAA/500 do
all draft work: keep the pressure and resist corrosion, and aluminum
quickly transfers heat to the air. Crimping high pressure steel tubes in
the casting process creates a preliminary voltage, which allow,
first, to resist the expansive pressure of the water and, secondly,
to compensate for the difference temperature deformation of steel and aluminium and save
heat transfer constant.
