Function

The pit is neotyemlemaja circulation system. The pit KOSUNLCS designed to clean drilling fluid from drill cuttings in the drilling oil and gas wells. The pit KOSUNLCS works in the circulation system and is used in as a second stage of drilling mud cleaning after the shakers, the main function is the removal of solid particles 40-74 micron. Easy design and optimal ratio of taper work items allows to achieve good cleaning results.

Structure

Supply of cleaning solution in hydrocyclones is carried out from the input manifold under nominal pressure. In the input power spiral in hydrocyclones is the rotation of the liquid with a large speed. Under the pressure of centrifugal force created by the rotation of the environment, large and heavy particles (sand) are concentrated at the walls of the hydrocyclone, move down and in the form of a thickened mass is discharged through the nozzle, and the main part of the purified solution is directed into the discharge manifold. It put on the capacity of the solution.

Technical characteristics

The drilling fluid is transported from the second compartment tank slurry pump through the suction pipe. Further the pressure pipe is fed into the inlet of the hydrocyclone under pressure 0.3-0.4 MPa. he can separate solid-phase particle size of 45μm～74μm.The purified solution by pipeline merges into the Bay technological capacity. The discharge of sludge is produced through the nozzle of the hydrocyclone and a removable tray on a folding tray shakers, where the sludge is discharged into container-slamboree.
