Proposed for implementation fermented kvass "Ukrainian" Prat KSBN "Rosinka" in termotech, volume 20L. When selling kvas in termotech:
- tarmakera no additional equipment is required: electricity, carbon dioxide cylinders, etc.
- tarmakera takes up little space (you can put it in a small and small shops)
- tarmakera holds nominal temperature for 2-3 days.
- tarmakera not spoil the overall look of the Windows (as opposed to metal kegs)
- Does not require special skills for operation of thermokey.
The price per litre is RS 7.5. (Kagu - 150 UAH.). Bail thermokey - 500 UAH., for the crane - 150 UAH.
