ROG-91 M is designed for rapid- determination by gamma radiation specific and volumetric
activity of radionuclides of Cs-137 in water, soil, food products, product
livestock (crop production, raw materials, and also of determining by
gamma radiation specific activity of radionuclides of natural origin To
(potassium-40), Ra (radium-226) and thorium (thorium-232) and total effective specific
activity in construction materials.
The composition of the radiometer includes an electronic unit and a spectrometric detector with
a lead shield. As a sensor of the radiometer is used
scintillation detector. In the operation of the radiometer uses a sophisticated
the mathematical algorithm for the calculation of the specific activity and isotopic composition
sample energy gamma quanta coming from the measured sample into a detector. When
