Production line of mixed soils are intended for preliminary and final grinding of soil materials (including bed silt) , supplements thereto and their weight dosing with subsequent mixing and filling into bags.
The line consists of:
· bucket loading conveyor of raw materials ;
· a rotary disk shredder large pieces;
· screening for subsequent separation of the finely crushed raw material from pieces of medium size;
· hammer mill for final grinding of raw materials;
· horizontal ribbon mixer with scale for the preparation of mixed soils with other additives;
· filling unit with semi-automatic screw dispenser bag.
Performance-about 1T/h
(depends on the type and moisture of raw materials)
