The purpose of the vibropress PV-12 is the obtainment of various construction products made of hard concrete mixtures by vibrocompression of semi-dry. Comes with control panel and hydraulic power unit. Molding press PV-12 enables you to produce the following products:
- paving slabs (h=15...150 mm without changing the mold);
- curb/curb stone;
- pressed brick;
- decorative brick.
The main competitive feature of the vibropress PV-12 is an automatic mode of operation. Thanks to automation, the press service limited to one person.
Small square baling allows you to create maximum vibration disturbance in the zone of pressing, which allows to compact the concrete mixture to a density at least 30 kg/cm3 (400 kg/cm2) minimum cement in concrete mixtures.
