Module for cutting rebar with a diameter of 40 mm

The machine is designed for cutting rebar diameter:

up to 40mm. Class A I (A240)-BV = 380 MPa;

to 36 mm class A II (A300) – BV = 500МПа;

to 32 mm class A III (A400)-BV = 600 MPa;

according to GOST 5781-82 and other steels with a temporary resistance

BV 380 MPa 600 MPa and a diameter of 40 mm.

The machine is applied to manufacturing concrete products, specialty reinforcement industries, as well as in medicallyproven and procuring shops of metallurgical plants, repair the workshops producing the separation cut of the varietal material.

The machine consists of a frame welded structure; drive; V-belt transmission, the large pulley is a flywheel; two outdoor gear programs, and low-speed wheel Nazareno on the eccentric shaft of the rocker mechanism, the stone which is moved along the guide rails due to the eccentric shaft. Cutting of rebar produced knives, one of which (the movable) is fixed on the wings, and the other (fixed) attached to the frame. The knives are made so that you can use all four cutting edges.
