Machine spatial bending of concrete steel or other steel, of rectangular profile. Designed for spatial flexible rods in any spatial planes.
The bend radius depends on used resistant toes and configuration of the bending disk.
The machine can be used on plants concrete, construction sites, factory sites.
The machine is a welded box structure with integrated motor, worm gearbox and spur gearbox to drive bending of the rotary disk. The main working bodies is rotary bending disk with interchangeable fingers and with a removable mobile strap fingers for setting the bending radius. A flexible rod is inserted between the the fingers of the strap and a swivel drive that can rotate to the desired angle and fixed in one position by means of limit switches.
